Christos is a Chartered Engineer (IOM3), Chartered Geologist (CGeol), and RoGEP Specialist with over 28 years of expertise in geotechnical engineering. As the leader of TRC UK geotechnical team, he specializes in ground investigations, GIRs, GDRs, foundation design, slope stability analysis, mining risk assessments, basement impact assessments, earthworks design and contract management. His diverse portfolio spans major infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments across the UK, Greece, and New Zealand. Christos emphasizes that no two sites are alike, and engineering solutions must be tailored to the site-specific ground model, project design, sustainability goals, and client needs. A passionate volunteer, he assists with the RoGEP screening process for new applicants and contributes to the AGS Geotechnical Working Group. Recently, he was proposed as the liaison between AGS and IOM3 Geotechnical Groups to foster collaboration on shared professional and technical initiatives.
