Mehdi Alhaddad is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience across the civil infrastructure sector. His career spans client-side leadership, design consultancy, and on-site delivery for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. He has also led projects in research environments, namely in Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC) during his PhD research, introducing new technological solutions into geotechnical practices. Mehdi currently works at TfL’s Earth Structures and Geotechnical Team leading infrastructure design and asset resilience strategies, ensuring the safety and sustainability of critical underground systems. Mehdi’s employment history is Arup, Crossrail, CSIC and TfL.
