Jon, a Chartered Academic with 16 years’ advising on safety in construction. Having chaired the BDA Safety Committee, advising the AGS and FPS; specialising in work equipment and risk assessment, Jon has been awarded the title ‘Expert’ by BSI for machinery safety, receiving a commendation as runner up in the category of Young Standards Maker. Heading up the Safety in the Energy Networks Sector within BAM Infrastructure, Jon uses statistical analysis to ensure the benchmark remains state of art; planning, resilient and accurate; and people, safe and well every day.
