Angus is a registered Ground Engineering Adviser and Chartered Geologist with over 35 years’ experience in asset management, design, reporting and assurance on a wide range of geotechnical and multidisciplinary projects. His experience also includes landslide and slope management, investigation, stability assessment and remedial works design of rail and highway assets. Angus also has experience of retaining wall and reinforced slope design, piled foundations, earthworks and ground improvement design. His knowledge extends to investigation, reporting and design for highways, rail, ports, land reclamation, private development, flood alleviation, bridges and water pipelines projects in the United Kingdom and abroad. Angus has project management experience of small to medium scale (maximum circa £6 million) projects, together with experience of the environmental and quality management of offices. Angus is a Chartered Geologist Assessor for the Geological Society and is also a Panel member on the Register of Ground Engineer Professionals.
