At COWI Cedric is a Technical Director and the UK & Ireland Discipline Lead for Ground Engineering, heading a team of about a hundred ground engineering professionals. Cedric is also the Ground Engineering Function Lead in the integrated client assurance team on the Lower Thames Crossing project. A Chartered Engineer and RoGEP Adviser with nearly 30 years’ experience of geotechnical design and ground risk management, Cedric worked for consultants and contractors in a wide range of sectors, primarily infrastructure-related, including roads/highways, water and wastewater, airports, rail, flood defences. Cedric has experience of managing geotechnical and non-geotechnical activities on large multi-disciplinary construction projects.
