Natalie is an Engineering Geologist with over 30 years’ experience within the geotechnical sector. Having graduated in Applied Geology, Natalie spent the early years of her career working on sites and project managing within the geotechnical contracting sector, contributing to several prestigious ground investigations throughout the UK and internationally. Natalie later moved into business development and management and is currently Managing Director at Skelair International Ltd. Natalie is involved in various initiatives to increase uptake of STEM subjects in schools, raise awareness of Geo and Earth Science Degree courses, and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
