Mehdi is a chartered engineer with 14 years of experience in Geotechnical world. Mehdi has experience working as a designer, as a client, and on site in some of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. He has also led projects in research environments, namely in Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC) during his PhD research, introducing new technological solutions into geotechnical practices. Mehdi currently works at TfL’s Earth Structures and Geotechnical Team with responsibilities ranging from leading geotechnical designs to managing TfL’s processes to maintain the safety and resilience of existing assets. Mehdi’s employment history is Arup, Crossrail, CSIC and TfL.
