Mark is a Chief Engineer with AtkinsRéalis in the Ground Engineering and Tunnelling Practice where he is the nuclear Market Sector Lead and previously the Seismic Discipline Lead. He has a wide range of experience working on and managing projects in the nuclear, defence, oil & gas, dams and building development sectors both in the UK and internationally. Mark is a SECED committee member and played an integral role in establishing Young SECED. He is a qualified Urban Search and Rescue Engineer and Operations Director for UK charity SARAID, as well as a trainer for the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
