Emily is a Project Manager at WJ UK. She has experience working on a number of large projects in London such as Tideway, Silvertown Road tunnel and London Power Tunnels 2, managing ground investigation, dewatering and groundwater monitoring works. She has recently completed a 3 year part time MSc in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, with a Thesis “Sustainability in Geotechnical Design: Barriers and Enablers”. Emily is passionate about improving early career involvement within the ground engineering community and is interested in exploring sustainability within geotechnics further in the future.
