Responsible for the development and technical delivery of award winning geotechnical team providing specialist services in ground engineering: feasibility, investigation, risk assessment, geotechnical design and modelling, infrastructure impact assessments and regulator liaison; value engineering across sectors for private and public bodies.
Responsible for technical and commercial delivery of framework partnerships with local authorities and registered housing providers delivering civil, structural, geotechnical and land quality services.
Committed to creating engaged and inclusive teams, sitting on CampbellReith's Human Resources Committee and as chair of internal engagement working group.
Active in raising the profile of engineering and improving collaboration between disciplines both internally and more widely in the profession with bodies such as the AGS and IStructE. Member of the British Geotechnical Association.

She was named one of the UK’s top female geotechnical engineers by Ground Engineering in 2024. Liz is responsible for the delivery of a team of engineering geologists and geotechnical engineers, providing specialist services in feasibility, investigation, risk assessment, design and modelling, infrastructure impact and regulator liaison. She is active in raising the profile of engineering and improving collaboration in the profession with bodies such as the AGS and IStructE. Liz is also an informal and formal mentor of women and young people in the profession.
