Stamatina is a Chartered Geotechnical Engineer working at AtkinsRéalis. Her work experience ranges from geotechnical desk studies and GI supervision to advanced numerical modelling for soil-structure-interaction problems. She holds an MSc (Dist) in Soil Mechanics from Imperial College London. Her dissertation was awarded the ‘Atkins Prize for Soil Dynamics and Engineering Seismology’. In 2023, Stamatina received the ‘Rising Star’ Award from the Ground Engineering magazine.
