Natalie is an Engineering Geologist with over 30 years’ experience within the geotechnical sector. Having graduated with a BSc honours degree in applied Geology, Natalie spent the early years of her career as an engineering geologist working on sites and project managing within the geotechnical contracting sector. During this time Natalie contributed to several prestigious ground and site investigations both in the UK and internationally. Natalie later moved into sales, business development and management and is currently Managing Director of Concept Engineering Consultants Ltd; in addition to managing the business she is also involved in various community outreach programmes and industry initiatives to increase uptake of STEM subjects in secondary schools, raise awareness of Geo and Earth Sciences Degree courses, and the various career paths available thereafter to inspire the next generation of geotechnical engineers.
