About 40 years working with Geotechnical Contractors, a global Construction Company and Client Organisations on many interesting and challenging Ground and Civil Engineering projects internationally and in the UK.

Current role on proposed and existing Water and Waste water assets, United Utilities is one of the largest owner operators of Dams and Reservoirs in the UK – largely earth structure embankment dams with an average age over130years. My team also discharge statutory duties and inspections of the reservoirs, assess the portfolio and societal risk and assess, design and deliver improvements to ensure ongoing safety and security of supply. Along with water other sector experience has included Petrochemical, Tunnelling, Mining and Metals, Highways, Power and Rail. Input has centred on provision of safe, cost effective ground engineering outcomes, problem resolution and understanding, articulating and managing significant asset and project ground risk.
